Item Display Error
In the event that a MPS product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MPS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MPS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MPS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Cancellation/Refusal Policy
All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item’s page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Items may also be subject to a restocking fee. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer’s expense. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the payment method used for purchase. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund. Should you or any recipient of our products or services decide to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus initial shipping, return shipping and a restocking fee.
Please reference the following steps: I agree to and have read the Return Policy and Refused Order Procedure. I understand that to get a required Return Authorization Number issued MPS will need my order number, item ID number, and the reason for return or refusal emailed to mypathfinderswag@gmail.com or by contact customer support. I also understand that returns (except damages) must be shipped prepaid with insurance and tracking.

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by MPS from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
